Tuesday, November 21: Spencer-Van Etten Cross Country's John Garrison is ESPN Ithaca's Fueling Excellence High School Athlete of the Week, presented by Cayuga Health. John finished in 19th place in the NY Federation Championships with a time of 16:40.1. It was the highest finish out of the Section IV runners who took part.
