Tuesday, April 15: Schuyler Storm softball's Paige Ells is ESPN Ithaca's Fueling Excellence High School Athlete of the Week, presented by Cayuga Health. Paige threw a no-hitter in an 18-1 win over Elmira-Notre Dame. Through wet conditions, the freshman went five innings allowing one unearned run on no hits, three walks and seven strikeouts. At the plate, she went 1-for-4 with three RBI, a walk, and a run scored. Earlier in the week, she walked four times and scored three runs in a 19-6 win over Spencer-Van Etten/Candor.
