Tuesday, February 8, 2026: Newark Valley basketball's Cooper Davis is ESPN Ithaca's Fueling Excellence High School Athlete of the Week, presented by Centralus Health. Cooper led the Cardinals as their top scorer to a trio of wins. He first scored 11 points in a 61-43 win over Dryden, recorded a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds in a 57-53 win over Sidney, and scored 17 points in a 46-41 win over Whitney Point.
