Rowan won the 110-meter hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles and placed fifth in the high jump at the Section IV Class C championship to help the Bobcats win its second straight sectional title.

Maddie won the state and federation titles in the 1,500-meter race walk with a time of 6:53.11, the second-fastest time in the nation. The junior bested her PR by 20 seconds and beat the runner-up by 22 seconds.
