Tuesday, February 18: Groton wrestling's Phoebe Bishop is ESPN Ithaca's Fueling Excellence High School Athlete of the Week, presented by Cayuga Health. Phoebe won the 94 weight class title at the Section IV Championships with a pair of pins. She became only the third-ever seventh grade wrestler to win a Section IV title, an exclusive list that includes her sister Carmen.
