News.com.au will be releasing the results from the Great Aussie Debate next week, after more than 50,000 people took part in the survey.

Some of the standout findings:

• 60 per cent of women and 73 per cent of men admit they use their phones while on the toilet
• In terms of doing the deed, most people are only getting it on once or twice a month
• And the majority of Aussies say it’s unacceptable for men to wear shorts in the office
