One of the Stockton's most exclusive neighborhoods is in the midst of making a decision that will impact its future for years. Residents of the Brookside neighborhood are at odds over a proposal that would require all homeowners who live behind the gates to pay a $50 monthly fee that would go directly to Brookside Country Club. About 30 people from both sides of the dispute attended a moderated discussion at The Record on Monday, July 15, 2019.
