“(Food and childcare) are the easy interventions we can do from the get-go to make sure someone is able to be there and able to be present,” said Adam Bush, who co-founded College Unbound with Littky. “These are things that may stop someone from being an active and engaged learner whenever they’re trying to show up.”

Bush, a native of California, was drawn to Providence by Littky and the challenge of creating a new model for higher education.
