Danielle Hebert, 33, began to experience anxiety and depression when she was a teenager. After the birth of her second child, the darkness returned, with thoughts of suicide. Then her husband, Justin, found BHLink, the state of Rhode Island's 24/7 behavioral health and substance abuse hotline and triage center in East Providence, bhlink.org.
