Jarquez Whitley, 29, appeared in court Friday in connection with an Aug. 5, shooting at Royal Arms Garden Apartments off Balboa Avenue. HE was arrested after a high-speed pursuit in Lynn Haven and faces several charges, including aggravated battery with a firearm.
