Jackson County Sheriff's Office Deputy Zachary Wester, 26, is now the subject of investigation after video emerged of him planting drug evidence in an innocent person's vehicle druing a Marianna traffic stop. Wester has been fired from his patrol job he had for more than two years, and the State Attorney's Office is reviewing 263 cases in which he played a role during that time.
