A man is dead following a late Sunday shooting in Panama City Beach.The fatal shooting occurred in the 6400 block of Sunset Drive. The as-yet unidentified victim was described only as a black male. His name is being withheld pending notification of family, a Bay County Sheriff’s Office news release said.
