On the evening of Oct. 27, 2020, an Uber driver in Pompano Beach reported a man had taken his car at knifepoint. Later that evening, Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies confronted 20-year-old Ryan Fallo, who they said would not drop the knife. The deputies fatally shot Fallo.
