On Tuesday, the Oklahoma Senate gave final approval to an 8.1 billion-dollar spending plan that includes teacher pay raises, pay bumps for state employees and builds on the education funding increase the legislature appropriated last year. The spending plan heads to Governor Kevin Stitt’s desk for final approval.
