The 62nd Annual Newport St. Patrick's Day Parade in 2018 took place on the day of St. Patrick's Day itself. Hear the sounds of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Pipes & Drums kick off the parade from in front of City Hall followed by the greetings of spectators, including  then-Mayor Harry Winthrop and  6-year-old Roman Twomey, whose his Middletown police officer dad Sean Twomey relinquished the PA of his patrol car.
