Education turns 30.
For three decades, SABC Education has been at the forefront of
informing, educating, and empowering South Africans, changing lives
through meaningful conversations, trusted information, and impactful
programming.
To celebrate this remarkable milestone, we are making history with a
special simulcast between trufm’s The Fresh Start and Umhlobo
Wenene fm's Masithethe Mtshana with Sis' Thoz.
Together, we'll reflect on 30 years of education, empowerment, and
transformation, celebrating the voices, the stories, and the
milestones that have helped shape our nation.
Joining us in studio are two incredible guests, Tat' Steve Gogela and
AJ McLean, who have both played important roles in the SABC
Education journey. Throughout the show, we'll also reconnect with
former presenters and producers from both stations, as they share
their memories, highlights, and the lasting impact SABC Education
has had on their lives and on the communities they have served.
