A special Fresh Air featuring songs from some kids from all over the outer east that have been through a really special program that Rotary Boronia began facilitating a few years ago.
Knox Rocks is a Rotary driven, youth focused program that gives kids in our local community to learn about song writing.
Mark and Katie tell use all about their experiences and we play some music from the program.
A small content note, parts of the show includes discussion of suicide and eating disorders, which some listeners may find distressing.
If this topic is difficult for you, please take care of yourself. You’re welcome to step away, change the station, or reach out to someone you trust. Support is available, and you’re not alone.
