Coach Stein was hired in 2010 to build the Oakdale football program from the ground up, and since then, he's turned the Bears into one of Maryland's most successful high school football programs. Under Stein, Oakdale has captured two Maryland State Championships — the Class 2A title in 2018 and the Class 3A crown in 2023 — while also making multiple trips to the state championship game. And the Bears are coming off another deep run. Oakdale finished 10-3 in 2025 and reached the Maryland Class 3A State Championship Game, finishing the season as state runner-up and once again proving the Bears belong among Maryland's best. Stein joins Steve and Paul to look back at another championship-caliber season, talk about the program he's built from scratch at Oakdale, and what has allowed the Bears to maintain that level of success. Coach Conner has been a fixture on the Linganore sidelines for more than 40 years as a head coach and assistant and enters another season as the MPSSAA's winningest active head coach. And he's coming off one of the greatest seasons in Linganore history. The Lancers went undefeated in 2025 and captured the MPSSAA Class 3A State Championship, completing a dominant postseason run that included a 43-0 shutout of City College and a 41-12 state semifinal victory over Milford Mill Academy. Conner joins Steve and Paul to reflect on that championship run, the incredible tradition surrounding Linganore football, and what it takes to maintain that standard of excellence year after year. Coach Delauter knows all about the tradition and expectations that come with Middletown football. He helped the Knights capture a state championship as a player in 2011, then returned to lead his alma mater to the Maryland Class 2A State Championship as head coach in 2019, defeating Potomac 34-15 in the title game. The Knights are coming off an 8-3 season in 2025, which included a dominant 35-0 playoff victory over Owings Mills. Middletown also defeated Liberty 51-7 on the field in the postseason before later having to forfeit the game due to an ineligible player. Coach Delauter joins Steve and Paul to look back at last season and, more importantly, turn the page toward 2026 as the Knights prepare for another year of Frederick County football. He later led an undefeated Urbana team to the 2010 Class 4A State Championship and has now become the first coach in Frederick County football history to serve as head coach at three different county high schools. Hines discusses taking over a Tuscarora program looking to rebuild after a 2-8 season in 2025, what he's learned from his previous stops, and how he plans to establish a winning culture with the Titans. Coach Steve Nibbs is joined by Brian Sweene, the head coach for the Linganore High School girls flag football team, leading them to a 2025 Class 2A/1A state championship. Recognized as a 2025 Ravens Girls Flag Football Coach of the Year, Sweene has guided the team to consecutive state tournament appearances in his third season. They also had a couple players from the team as well.

Steve Nibbs welcomes in Walkersville High School's new Girls Head Basketball Coach, Lana Long, a 2014 Walkersville High School alumna and former assistant coach to talk about her rise to this position and her outlook for the season.
