Recognized as a 2025 Ravens Girls Flag Football Coach of the Year, Sweene has guided the team to consecutive state tournament appearances in his third season. They also had a couple players from the team as well.

Steve Nibbs welcomes in Walkersville High School's new Girls Head Basketball Coach, Lana Long, a 2014 Walkersville High School alumna and former assistant coach to talk about her rise to this position and her outlook for the season.
