Do Islam and Christianity Worship the Same God?

Many of the attributes and names are the same, as is much of the historical tradition – but can a unitarian God be equated with a trinitarian God (and vice versa)? Many of the same questions and considerations apply to Judaism, an issue which also comes up during the show.
