His name is Teddy, and he was found on the brink of death during an unforgiving Canadian winter. Veterinarians managed to save him, but not before having to remove both of his ears.

Christine Milkovic-Krauss and her family brought Teddy home, where he continues to recover from his wounds. Months later, Christine has written the first book of a new children's series, titled Teddy Loses His Ears
