We open 2 Peter 2:17-22 and take Peter’s warning seriously: some voices promise liberty while they themselves remain enslaved, and the people who follow them can end up more trapped than before. That’s why this message presses past slogans and asks a harder question: what kind of freedom actually holds up when temptation, suffering, and time test it?

We walk through Peter’s vivid portraits of false teachers: wells without water, clouds driven by a storm, and a path that leads into deep darkness while claiming to offer light.
