Paul Dimattina has never been afraid to get his hands dirty, either in the kitchen or on the footy field. Growing up in a family ensconced in both hospitality and football gave Paul a pretty clear career path and one he grabbed with both hands (washed and dried). From peeling spuds and washing dishes as a 14 year old to running the very popular Lamaro's now as a recently celebrated half centurion, Paul loves the 'people business' and shares some wonderful stories and experiences.
