In three of Follow The Money hosts Pauly Howard and Mitch Moss are joined by the host of The Simple Handicap Podcast Adam Chernoff to get his thoughts on ESPN's Bill Barnwell list of teams to regress and more. Plus Win Some Lose Some. Finally the duo give out their In Pocket Plays.
The Money. That's why I always say, you always follow it.
Yeah, this is Follow the Money with Mitch Moss and Polly Howard on Vson.
Top of the Morning.
To you.
We're live in downtown Las Vegas from the Circa Resort and Casino. College football begins tomorrow NFL two weeks from yesterday, and Adam Scherenoff joins the program now right Angle Sports and the Simple Handicapped Podcast.
He is on the Progressive guest Line.
He'll join us every single Friday during the regular season as well. Good morning, Adam, Thanks for the time today.
How are you hey.
I'm doing fantastic. Thanks for having me on. And like you said, two weeks from now, we'll be talking about Chiefs Ravens opening nights. So it's getting here really close. It's I can feel it.
It's about time, you really can't.
I felt that yesterday because I've been like I wrote down and I circled some teams that I wanted to, you know, possibly take in week one, like when the numbers first popped in contest right, like, oh, I got my eye on that one. Olways, all plays it over some time. A bunch of these games moved in Week one yesterday. We talked about it throughout the show today. What did you make of some of those moves?
Interesting? A lot injury driven. One of them was definitely from a service that released the play wasn't us, but it was a competitor of ours. And then we see I think two opinions that were taking yesterday in the market. Now that we get some sort of realization of what these teams are doing in the final week of preseason.
Paul said he thinks the Buccaneers now Donnis minus three might be a little bit too short against Washington. I'm on the other side. I wanted Washington plus four in a week one contest. Do you have any thoughts on that game?
So I think that was one of the opinions for sure. I think that move in favor of Washington comes from knowing what we've seen from Jadon Daniels so far. Also the Kingsbury comments about how he hasn't been able to open up the offense and hasn't shown that much in preseason so far, which sounds like an obvious thing, right, But there's a lot of optimism about how Jade and Daniels looked, and so I think that's kind of driving a little bit of an opinion. No major injuries either side or anything that could be news based, So I think that's just a stance being taken on.
Washington also wanted to run this by you. So the stat goes back to twenty eighteen. I saw this on ESPN. We'll take out the pandemic year because preseason games did not happen that season. But Week one quarterbacks who did not play in the preseason that particular year are seventeen and sixteen straight up in Week one of that year. A bunch of big name Week one starters not going to play this year. Should the audience should we? Should you factor that into the Week one handicap at all?
I don't know if it factors into the handicap entirely, just as like a blanket statement, because these Week one lines have been out for months and they're typically moving to where they need to be because there's so much time to get them bet into place, and so I think that that's reading in somewhat to that stat which has them close to fifty to fifty. I mean, that's right where they should be in general as a concept, though I think league wise hard not to look at what Andy Reid does every year and say that that works with how much he's willing to play Patrick Homes and get him in game action. And so I tend to be on the side of liking to see teams that play their starting quarterback and get their starting offense on the field just as especially so if it's a team with a lot of changes or maybe some scheme shifts or a younger quarterback, I think you need to push them through. So I don't know if it's something that I'm just looking to betting blind in Week one, but for specific teams, I'll look at and take an opinion on how they looked.
For sure.
How about a shout out to your people, John's Pizza, New York. What do you think of the Jets money?
I think the Jets money is because of San Francisco injuries. So now you have two offensive linemen who are dealing with injuries. Banks went down with the wrist. We're also seeing that Burford, who is going to be dealing with an injury, might not be good to go. His backup Feliciano is banged up. And then yesterday there was used that Hafannga might not be able to be back for Week one. Shanahan's been optimistic about him returning, but that all of a sudden for the forty nine could be three starters down with a backup. We don't know the status of Ricky Piersoll necessarily. He seems like he's been dealing with nagging injuries for a while. Meanwhile, on the Jets side, I mean, you guys have seen it on Twitter as as everyone else. It's like every day Aaron Rodgers is making big plays with Garrett Wilson. So it's two teams that are kind of very contrasting and how they're coming into the season in the last two weeks, San Francisco being dinged with injuries, Jets making big plays and seemingly improving every single day. And so that's what I think is driving that move recently.
It's one of the strangest stories, what's going on with Ayuk? What about the rumors now that maybe it's in play, he goes to Washington.
What does that do for you?
It's impossible to speculate. It's just it'll hurt the forty nine ers so much if he's not there. Yea, that's certainly starting to contribute to this number two I think there's no one really has a clear answer. I think he's worth a point to game personally to San Francisco. He'll be worth less to other teams, but his impact of not being there or the forty nine ers will be significant. So that's another guy that's just imperative to watch his status. But that's certainly starting to leak into this number two.
One hundred percent agree. Followed the money here on vson D Sports Betty Network. Adam surenoff our guests. Okay, so we were going to kick this a round with you as well. Bill Barnwell ESPN does a great job with looking at the season and he picks teams that are either going to improve or decline in the upcoming year. He's twenty seven and six both categories going back to the last thirty three games. So one of the teams that he has to improve and by the way, on average, the teams that he identifies improve or decline by on average three point three wins per seventeen games. Washington won four games last year. He has the commanders of one of his teams to make a big improvement this year. Do you agree with that?
I don't agree that they're going to improve by three point three wins. I think there's reasons to be optimistic about Jaden Daniels and I will say that they will improve off of their four win season last year, but current win total for Washington as at six and a half shaded over. I think six wins is a fair expectation for this team, so I'd still be leaning towards the under on that win total. You're gonna get better quarterback played from Jayden Daniels. I think that's a given. Last year, the situation they had with coach and offensive coordinator was just set up to be a disaster. And we love their unders last year. Not running to bet it this year just because there is more optimism, but yeah, I'm not all the way there for three point three wins improvement for the Commanders and they're a seven or eight win team, but they're certainly going to be better than they were a year ago.
I think.
Now we saw the Dotson trade yesterday, Guys, someone who I would really look to that I like a lot this year would be Terry McLaurin. His receiving yards number is nine hundred and twenty five and a half yards. To me, he's a thousand plus yard receiver. So rather than maybe playing on the over under for the win total, I would prefer that McLaurin prop over. But I do think they improve a little bit, but not as much as Barnwell says.
Slight improvement Arizona four and thirteen last year one and eight with Dobbs and tune in there.
I want to be optimistic about the team because the offense looks like it's going to be incredibly physical and could be very explosive. But this is the worst defense in football, so I'm putting Arizona in the same category as Washington. I don't think it's a four win season again, but I don't think Arizona is going to take a jump and go over their win total of seven and a half. I think it's a team that's again in that six to seven win range. They're going to be trailing almost every single game. This is going to be a team that plays to some of the highest scoring games on a weekly basis, and you're going to see a big season from Kyler Murray, a big season from Marvin Harrison Junior. If they're able to find any resemblance of a defense that would go a very long way because of how much they want to run the football and be physical on offense. But I just I don't see this defense improving that much. I think it's the worst unit in football. I think that's going to really hurt them. So again, slight improvement, but not as much as Bill Barnwell is saying.
How about the Patriots?
Very popular here last week at bet Bash under five and a half alt minus one ninety and under three and a half wins three to one. Can the Patriots get to five six wins?
Yeah?
I disagree with this in the article. I don't think they're getting to five or six wins. I think this is going to be the worst team in football. I think they're going to be competing with the Broncos for that mark. And I just I don't know how this works, especially on offense. Jacoby Brissett, by all means, should start the season. It's the It's just a brutal schedule, the first eight weeks of defenses opposing defensive coordinators. It's it's awful. And so let's throw Drake may into that, I think would be a mistake. So you're dealing with the team that has this transition year going from the incumbent. I guess who is added in in Brissett into the rookie Drake May. So there's going to be that transition. But also it's a team that's just void of any weapons. I mean they're playing third and fourth string backups for the Panthers in the Eagles, and they can't.
Move the football. Yeah, yeah, I have.
I just am uried down on New England. So I don't think that that is a team despite being in the articles saying they're going to brew is going.
To improve another bottom feeder he had from a year ago to really improve this year, and a lot of people are on this. It's the Chargers Herbert Well in theory, he's going to be back, although we all know about the injury here. Leading up to the regular season, their win total was nine at some spots eight and a half others. Obviously, Are they gonna make that big of a bump up?
No, I don't think so. I don't think they make the playoffs either. I think they're a team that's getting a little bit too much hype. I get the Harbaugh stuff. He's flipped around every program in every team he's ever gone to, and he's usually done it very quickly, but this is probably going to be his toughest task because outside of Justin Herbert on this offense, it's two running backs coming off of serious injuries in the last season. It is a wide receiver group that is likely led by Lad McConkie, who's a rookie that is undersized, who has already been banged up twice in training camp in the offseason, and you're relying on DJ Shark to foot the bill for your offensive weapons. To me, they've just lost way too much. It's the identity of the team wants to run the football. I don't think they're going to be in positions where they're going to have continuous leads where that's going to be comfortable, which puts Greg Roman in forced passing situations, which is not a good thing for a great Roman offense either. So I again like this is similar to Washington and Arizona, where the Chargers won five last year. Those other two teams won four. So it's not going to take a lot to improve on the win total, which is what the article is so popular as being written about from last year. But relative they're the win total this year, which is eight and a half and shaded over. There's no way I could get to that over. And I certainly think they missed the playoffs too, So I don't agree with the Chargers improvement that he's laying out one.
More thirty seconds Chiefs. I believe they were minus eleven in the turnover battle and a nine games lost the turnover battle. Can the Chiefs win twelve or thirteen?
Definitely? This is a team that's going to improve this year. It's the best roster Andy Reid has ever had in his tenure with the Chiefs. Year the big criticism was the wide receivers. While they fixed the wide receivers two years ago, it was the defense. Well, they fixed the defense and now it's a top five defense again. They will be this year. You get the wide receiver help, you get Patrick Mahomes, who's just angry at everything about how last year went on the offense. I think it's going to be the best roster and performance we've seen over the course of the season from the Chiefs with Mahomes and Reids. So I'm buying into the Chiefs improvement on this list.
This is like a Gatlin gun of NFL talk, and I can't get enough of it. We'll continue with Adam sure en Off coming up next, the voice of the Simple Handicapped podcast, also rat Angles Sports.

We made it week zero tomorrow.
All right, we continue talking NFL. Adam Schernoff on the program with Right Angle Sports and the Simple Handicap Podcast. He's on the Progressive Guest line. We went over Bill Barnwell's five teams to improve this year. Bill does a great column for ESPN every single year. Teams to improve, team to decline. He's twenty seven and six both categories, going back last thirty three in each one. So let's begin with the teams to decline. He has the Pittsburgh Steelers really dropping back to the pack, a team that won ten games last year.
What do you forecast for Pittsburgh this season?
One hundred percent agreement that this is a team in decline this year. I think we saw what again, Like we're talking about preseason games, interactions you draw from them into Week one when the team's player don't play starters. That was not good at all against Buffalo. And that was a game that Mike Tomlin approached with an all in mentality, played all the starters. We saw Russ, we saw fields. By the mid second quarter, they were running the triple option, trying to figure things out. I don't get to fit with Russ and Arthur Smith. I just I see a tough season ahead for the Steelers, especially on offense. I just I don't think this is something they immediately figure out and get right. And that skin schedule, especially to finish is just brutal after the bye. So yeah, fully agree. There last year ten wins. Win total this year eight and a half. I think that's an under.
My Canadian friend nine and two in games decided by seven points or fewer. They are coming back to the pack, no doubt. I disagree with this one, Philadelphia.
I'm with you.
I'd love Kellen Moore. Fangio fixed the coordinator situation. Big year from Hurts, Hurts and Sirianni on the same page. Eagles twelve wins.
What are you thinking?
Yep, I think so. I disagree with this as well. I'm right there with you, PAULI. I think the Eagles exceed expectations. I think they improve. He called for their decline last year. He got it right. Yeah, last year was a different scenario. That was coordinator disaster on both sides of the football. Like you mentioned, they fixed that. Kellen Moore's offense going back several weeks now, it has been no huddle, it's been explosive. It's been Aj Brown being unguardable. It's Jalen Hurts on the same page. It's everybody getting things sorted out through all the issues last year. Those elite weapons are still there too. They just added Dotson, which is a nice third or fourth wide receiver edition Sakwon Barkley comes in. I don't know how you can bet down on the Eagles offense and defensively. They fixed the one big issue they had, which was in the secondary. To me, this team is going to go over their win total of ten and a half. They're going to improve on their win mark from last year. I disagree with them being a decline candidate.
In the article, it's our guy, and I'm sure and off every freudy ter in the football season, the progressive guest line. He is sitting down and giving out picks. He started that you should trade them sitting bets.
If anyone else has to sit down, we're going to have problem trademark.
That absolutely okay.
So two here, let me and Salpal was on earlier in the weekend shocked us. He said, the Ravens missed the playoffs, so let me tie this in Baltimore and the Giants. They led the league plus twelve turnle for margin. One of the teams was the one seed, the other one won six games. How about Baltimore and the Giants?
I think both of the teams. Let's start with Baltimore. I agree with sal I think they're going to be a team that takes a big step back because they're not going to be over the They're not going to be able to overcome the loss of Mike McDonald. On defense, I think it's an inevitable drop that we're going to see defensively with them now having Zach Orr running that unit. To me, Mike McDonald's going to be a top coach in the NFL and just taking that away from the defense is going to lead to issues. But on offense, they have problems too. This is the worst offensive line that the Ravens have had in Lamar's tenure. And on one hand, it's nice because you can say Lamar can play around that in these ability to get outside the pocket can negate some of the struggles with the offensive line. What it can't negate is having a consistent running game, which has been a staple of the Ravens offense since Lamar arrived in Baltimore. And so we've seen at times what this offense looks like when they can't get the running game going and they're playing from behind on the scoreboard. It's ugly. And if that defense is not as elite as it has been, I don't think it will be that's going to put extra pressure on the offense, and so I think it's a it's a step back for the Ravens. I don't think they're going to be able to implement the full Monking system with these O line issues and all the changes he wants, and so I don't think the Ravens improve on their thirteen win total last year, certainly, but I also think they go under their win total of ten and a half. And then we want to compare the Giants into that. This is like going to a completely different side of the planet when we're talking about these two teams. I don't know how early day ball is going to be on the hot seat, But boy, that offense is one guy in Malik Neighbors. There's nobody else there. I don't know how they're going to consistently score enough points. And that defense they're even with a miracle season in and overperform, I see nothing like I don't This is as bad of a team as you're going to see lining up early in the season trying to figure things out. So, yeah, it's it's a different world. But I have the Giants as a decline candidate too.
In the middle.
You brought up Denver Patriots earlier worst two teams in football, Giants in the mix for that as well.
Absolutely, I don't think you could argue otherwise they have the best quarterback scenario. Oddly enough to say of that group as maybe we see something from Drake May later in the year when he switches that would change that opinion, But at this point that illustrates how bad the situations are in New England. To Denver, I think Daniel Jones is better than anything, but yeah, I would definitely put them in that conversation. I think for the Giants, five to six wins would be a pretty pretty good scenario for them to find themselves in at the end of the year.
Adam, let's get nuts here for a second. I brought this up to Paul yesterday. Let's just assume I know you guys disagree with the Eagles. Let's assume here again, the Barnwell is right and he gets the Eagle, He nails the Eagles undeclined, and the Giants are no good in that division. He also has the Commanders improving. Okay, if all that happens, longshot Flyer Commanders win the division. Finish in second place something crazy like that.
No, I can't get there on the optimism. But I can't get there. It's there's too many new pieces for me to be comfortable saying that Washington's going to take that big of a leap. And we're kind of forgetting about the Cowboys in this discussion, who certainly have their issues. I think the Cowboys are in under as well. But when it comes down to it, you still have Dak Prescott, and you still have some of the weapons, assuming Lamb is going to be there, that would make me think otherwise in that for Washington getting to second, I can't quite get there. Fun scenario to try to get crazy with, but no, not for me.
All Right, you what ma Tombo there? You said, get that out of my face? Interesting? Okay, So Cleveland now and again they were the worst defense in the league on the in road games, had the point differential of an eight win team. I want your thoughts on the Browns and Watson and what you think walk us through Cleveland.
So again, the framing of this in the article is to because they won eleven games last year. I don't think they win eleven games this year, but their win total is eight and a half, and that's a number that I think they can go over and exceed. And so I disagree that the Browns would be classified as a I guess technically they're a decline candidate in the article, but I wouldn't agree with them going under their win total. I think they go over. I like the direction that the offense can go with a healthy Deshaun Watson. And I'm not making like a Watson stancer. I'm saying this is going to be a top ten offense. I'm not saying Watson is getting anywhere to where he was in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty. I'm not going that far. But what I want to kind of point out is in terms of EPA per play plus completion percentage over expectation, the Browns last year had four quarterbacks start games for them, and three of them were in the bottom eight, and that is a list that goes to sixty quarterbacks. So the Browns did what they did last year despite having this really fluky road defense that gave up some just massive explosive plays at inopportune times, but with collectively just awful quarterback play for the whole season. And so I don't believe that the quarterback play this year with Watson starting, could be anywhere close to that bad. And if something happens to him, I don't think Jameis Winston is going to be as bad as what they had on the field last year. So to me, there's offensive improvement coming. And if we can collectively point to the defensive stuff being a lot of noise and kind of fluky behavior, then I think you're probably gonna see the defense hold on to where they were last year. So I don't agree that the Browns are a decline candidate. I think they go over their eight and a half win total and they're competitive to what year ago.
Okay, awesome stuff, my man. Everybody can follow you on x AT Adam Schernoff. The podcast is Dynamite, the Simple Handicap Podcast, and you're also with our Right Angle Sports.
Thanks so much. We'll talk again soon. Okay, thanks very much.
Some week one stuff to look forward to next Friday morning.
Oh beautiful, there you go.
Thank you.
Adam sure enough joined us here on the Progressive guest line, And that was an awesome thirty minutes of NFL chatter.
I threw that out there Monday Dable first coach fired. Big reason why is Dandy Dimes.
Yep, they can't do that?
Sure, why not?
He just won Coach of the Year a couple of years ago. So yeah, but there's this skill level on the team. They have zero expectations. I could not do that.
I can get there with Washington, I wouldn't get second second place absolutely.
I mean, if you really want to take a walk on the wild side, Paul's going to recap last night's betting action a couple of big dogs that came into Major League Baseball next year on Beson.
You a winner last night?
Wow?
Winning?
Or was it a rough one?
But they can't all be winners?
Ken Man loser, You're a loser.
Bally Howard recaps the night in sports betting and win some lo some all right.
To move on.

This is nuts. You sent this in.
It's a whale pushing a paddle boarder and a guy with on a kayak. This this video is crazy, and you put it in perspective. Look at the size of this guy. He's just coming in.
Hey, you gonna make it, buddy.
A little help there for you pushing them. I mean, this is incredible video where he's coming out. You need a little nudge, eh, little help, buddy.
Oh my god, at the size of that guy.
Whale is what three to four times as big as the kayak r the person on it.
Yeah.
So this this took off on Instagram. I don't even know how many likes it had, I mean millions, I think.
Right now he goes underneath.
Look at that he pops up at that point, I think I'm panicking. Sure if I'm not already, I can't imagine the heart rate.
Because he goes for like ten fifteen seconds, He's just pushing it and pushing it. And then he goes underneath and you're right, he just flipped that thing over a no time.
Oh and then he goes pops up above the surface a little bit.
Yeah, yep.
That's all over ig send it in. We'll put you on television and Paul he does vegas on Instagram.
Back to the dog videos.
Oh no, the guy licking the milk out of the bowl, swearing it all over his face. It's like a Stanz eating a Sunday at the US Open Tennis.
What a mess.
He's having. The cereal, got the milk in.
The bowl and he's licking it and it's all over his face.
I love his face.
Oh man, he can't wait. I'm sure he's gonna do it all day. That's right, no doubt about it. How about this wake up call? You know how many dogs?
They have, five Golden Retrievers.
Five.
It's like, okay, let's go wake up dad. Right, So they come up up the door. They're going up the steps, all five of them. They're so smart. This is their daily routine. Let's go play. We want to go for a walk. Come on, go get them. They're looking behind all right up the stairs, all five of them, so smart.
Then they come in.
Let's get up there, get get and then they open the door. We're waiting outside, all five of them.
Can't wait.
Look at this, and then they're going to jump right on the bed and wake the guy up.
How about that every single day?
Look at that five dogs, five Golden Retrievers and they come and jump on the bed and wake up the owner. Incredible. What do you think the cutoff is? Would you'd have five if you could? You get a bed right big enough to handle?
Yeah?
I know you have to handle it. You have to have a huge house, big dogs. I mean, trust me, I would love to have five dollars whatever. He's sitting on his jumping on his face.
Right, Las Vegas not exactly conducive for that.
I know, right, you have a good, good point with the backyard. This is this is stunning video. Look at the otter. The otter comes up on the dock. He's trying to signal a human. I need your help. There's something wrong. He's like, what's going on with this otter? So the human follows the otter as he tried. He goes, my friend's caught here, my buddy's stuck, and he brings the human over is that he alerts him and he goes, yeah, over here in the side, he's stuck on a net, and the two people come in discovery. Because the otter is so smart and alerts them about we go and there he is. They dig them out, grab them and then they're reunited, give each other a hug, and on about their business and on about their day. I mean, how good is that? To realize my buddy's in trouble? What do I do? He jumps up on the dock and alerts the people and he brings them over about where they're where he's got some issues.
That's awesome.
Couple lose some Colts Bengals under thirty six and a half down to thirty four, No good, twenty was it? Twenty seven? Twenty four to fourth quarter points? Bears Cheeps under thirty five and a half down to thirty two, thirty four to twenty one Chicago. I'll put this under one loose to them. I'm just I'm blown away by this. Nigel was here last week. This is lead to soccer. That's Bromley. They're pitched their grounds. You got to feel on the side there's hardly anywhere to sit, no stance that is leaked to soccer and the difference between the big boys and the little guy. Remember Nigel had a sweet once for man City and to spreading all the food and then he went to I think he had season tickets or at a suite type deal for a League two match. It's a picnic table with a tent over.
It's right what they had.
Look at that. I'm blown away. That is leaked to soccer where they're field and there's hardly anywhere to sit down, and he just got a field off to the side, and you know, maybe he can sit down.
You know, a couple hundred people there on the side.
I was going to say, what's the maximum capacity here? Two fifty maybe.
I think you can.
I think straight away that bleachers there hold a lot, but a good point though most of these places can only hold like three four thousand altogether. But that is they got promoted. They were National League last year. One Vicious beat an all timer a moose in Pittsburgh Pirates Reds first five under. The total was four no score, bottom of the fifth, two outs and a man on all hell breaks loose. How about a six spot for the Pirates. That is a doozy come on and by the way outs and a guy on no score.
The thing about that is, obviously Schemes held up his end of the bargain right. He was great Lodolo was also cruising. He had eight k's through four innings. Yeah, and it just all falls apart in that one very critical inning for betters.

Yeah, right, picked up a rock and he swam back to the humans and put it on the dock at little present there a little incredible. A producer Luke sent this in who gets married during Look here you want to show it again?
Oh?
Here it is. Look at this at the end. Hey, here you go. Appreciate you little tip. Yeah, that's for you, saving buddy. Oh that is so good. We have it all there they are hanging out. Oh that's awesome.

He didn't show up, and she was devastated. But he goes, I warned you. I tried to tell you I was watching. I'm not missing the Alabama game. Yeah, she got married and her own dad didn't show up.
This is from alex on X had his wedding last year Saturday, October fourteenth. His cousin is in getting married November this year on a Saturday. Thank god for cell phones. Yeah, you're going to be on it the entire time.
Thenot dot com says October twelfth is the top five busiest day, the biggest day to get married, and that is Ohio State Oregon. That is LSU Old Miss. That is Penn State, USC and that is another great game that day. I'm now I'm missing out, but it's an incredible car oh Oklahoma, Texas is there?
So what's the rationale behind that being such a busy day for the audience. I'm so far removed from getting married, I have no concept. Is it because the fall wedding's so much it's cheaper than the summer wedding. I'm guessing you don't want to do winter, probably because it's going to be the weather might be too too shaky. Die on the summer weather. Spring still recover. Okay, all right, Dad did not show up. That's very respectable.
He told her, Hey, who's not going in the bam MC game.
He gave her the warning, do with this what you want. But if you get married when they play this game, I'm not going to be there like this is I'm not b seing you go ahead and get married, but Pops is not going to be around.
Nah, come on, dad, you're going to be there. No, I'm not sorry.
Hard to tell you.
Damn Is there ever a good day to get married?
Yeah? Boy?
I like those people do the shotgun like this has come out to Las Vegas and in and out bank job.
You know you're in thirty five minutes? You know, hangover? The Hangover?
Right, that's the perfect way to do it. Sure about here? Blackout drunk? What happened last night?
Okay, well right, that's not that's unfortunate. He wakes up, he does it. What what happened Bangkok? Was good?
Well?
Just a magic show.
What was your reaction the first time you watched The Hangover?
Couldn't believe it. It's in the theater.
I'm like, why is this getting so much hype?
Brought the house down.
This is back when people go to movies. It was sro Yeah, the place was packed and everyone loved it. And then it's the highest rated R rated, highest grossing R rate a movie ever.
When the movie this never happens to me, Well, I should say rarely.
Halfway through the movie, I'm telling my buddy, this is incredible, this is perfect.
This is like the perfect Las Vegas movie.
Right, we've all been there. That's right, and that was It's based on a true story. Now, the guy came to Las Vegas, he went to a gentleman's club, he blackedout, he woke up and hey, you o us five ten thousand dollars.
What happened?
The best part was it we interviewed Mike Tyson in studio and he was singing Phil Collins while we're in studio in the air tonight with Mike.
I wanted to watch it again as soon as the movie ended the first time. Yes, we'll run down our impocket plays coming out, tell you what we're betting for the weekend here and follow the money.
It's VS and D Sports Betty Network.
You know, if the quarterback was on cold, if his girlfriend was not.
These games are a burial up blow out of the lot.
You can bet your children's on board, childrens child.
I was so good whenever I bet, I could change the odds for every bookmaker in the.
Country's all right, easy winner bears Chiefs over thirty two. Bears got the total themselves thirty four to twenty one. Got there to be turnovers, got to pick six early on as well. Bears look great in the preseason. Let's carry it over to the regular season. Come on, Chicago, make the playoffs. I like Tampa Bay tonight.
Oh whoa whoa easy, big fella got the win total under on that team.
I hope they live up tonight though, but nine and they can get it done. Maybe eight and nine. Who knows.
Tampa lane three against Miami. Boll says there's going to play the starters. Miami and McDaniel played the starters last week.
I didn't go there.
Well, but I like to agree with that.
Yeah, yeah, Tampa lane three, and we've seen over money here thirty four and a half up to thirty seven. I also bet Dallas have to fade this awful Chargers outfit. They looked like a high school team in the preseason. It's East and Stick again Saturday and big d So I can't find any soccer. I love it, but Championship League one, League two nothing. I want to wait till we get on some streaks here and some trends. I would keep an eye on Burnley in the Championship League. They're two and oh they've outscored their opponents nine to one so far. They play Sunderland on Saturday.
Hold on here. I know it was a loser last week.
The week before that though, it was a nice winner about Looton over.
Yeah I played it. They played Preston North End though. Yeah they can be cagy, but I think there'll be high flying Luton so.
Uh.
Meat Man had a good line.
I think it was during the breakthrough he called it a banker, a team that you know the goal was over and the team that you like.
And we talked on earlier Nott's com he's that one for him.
They won yesterday for one, Peterborough United with that sick run twenty I think it was a twenty four and three run to close the season over two and a half. There's a lot of bankers in soccer under three over two and a half, right, you'll see a lot of them because the Championship, Premier League, League One, League two, a lot of leagues, and especially early on, you can have a lot of clubs who they don't score the first eight, nine ten matches to.
All that's always Nigel's thing right to begin the year, and he tries lightly anyway to begin the season.
In soccer and all these leagues. But he's like, yeah, goal, He's been preaching that for.
A long time.
Yeah.
I'm on the Cowboys minus three and a half. It's their one game in the preseason at home. Then they start the regular season on the road against Cleveland, and they're also getting this unit with the Chargers, who have done nothing.
I expect it to stay the same.
I laid the three and a half smaller bet, but I take I took Cowboys here in this game against the Chargers.
All right.
If you missed episode one, a Circus Survivor request for nine point two million catching now Visa dot Com.

You'll love it.
Check it out, and I'm amped for Monday, kind of like you know, Hard Knocks Part two here. Yeah, we've got our own you know, Circus Survivor thing going on.
That was really well done the first episode. I can't wait to watch the rest of it next week. By the way, the board right now behind us, they updated every single day. It's more than fifty nine hundred right now. So when we come back here on Monday Day, this is a huge weekend here at Circa for sign ups. Yep, Survivor is going to be my guess is pushing eight thousand.
Whoo.
Okay, I could be way high on that, but I think we're going to have a really big weekend here. I mean when Derek comes on and says, it's the busiest the limo service has ever been.
In there, what four.
Year existence now, So okay, people are going to be coming in from all over signing up the entire time.
Yeah, I think we're gonna go.
And by the way, this is not probably one or two hundred percent at a time, it's probably the you know, whole enchilada.
You taking the Tigers today, the White Sox are two and twenty two. When Flexen starts, Tigers are a dollar sixty.
Ace Bow's a funny game, man.
Nearly everything we talked about yesterday came in. The exception would be runs in the Brewers Cardinals game. Everything else pretty much got there. That's been like the one day. It's gone that way for a in a long while, right, So, you know it's a marathon. You keep betting this stuff, you keep trusting it. I'm looking at the board today, I was staring at the action yesterday. There isn't a single thing I like as of right now in baseball, but that might be one of them. Also White Sox, I know lately, every time it makes sense to go against them here they are as a you know, two twenty dog or higher than that winning the game outright.
You don't think it's going to go well for Walker, Phillies and Royals.
Well, the reaction from Philly people every time he takes the mound and it goes bad They're like, this guy can't even come close to the mound in October.
Yeah, get him out of there. I'm curious if the Braves can actually close the gap.
Yeah, this is big to make an interest in Washington, and the Phillies are in Kansas City. This is and they're going to see logo I think on Sunday, right, So they have an opportunity here to gain some ground and I'm going to see if I want to see if Otani gets it done. Tonight they take on the race at home thirty nine home runs, thirty nine stolen bases on August twenty third.
That move really caught my eye.
Yesterday it was only a one board that Otani went from.
He was three thousand or higher to win.
Now he's minus eleven hundred and Lindor dropped a five to one. Honestly, there should be an investigation off Lindor wins the award over Otani. Come on, I know under no circumstance can that happen. So why why was there a big move? You take a big bet, who cares, don't move the number have been The other one is Paul Skeens now favorites again.
He did it. He did it. He's back baby.
Six innings, two hits, nine strikeouts, shut out Paul, yep.
Is a very good race.
It's the one award that's nip and tuck and worth discussing from here on out. What kind of weekend his merrill half? You know, Skeens will go early to mid next week. Again, Paul's the guy project forward.
Yeah, let me see who goes against? Coming up?
What happens once the Pirates are eliminated from the playoff contention?
It goes against the Cubs, I think. No, it's Mitch Keller, So probably Tuesday, Tuesday or WEDNESDA.
It'll be Tuesday, Wednesday, Yeah, go against it?
No, yeah, okay, probably yep.
And here's another one, well the other Yeah, what I was gonna say, what is Aaron Judge going to do when it's all said and done? Three thirty four average, seven to twenty, slugging, forty eight home runs, one hundred and eighteen RBIs one hundred and one runs.
There's thirty games.
Left, Okay, so you know what, I got to look at that. When's the next time they play Baltimore? Because it's still tight in that division. Maybe it gets away from Baltimore here coming.
Up pretty soon.
Have they play in September?
Yeah, they absolutely played September.
Oh, second to last series of the season. Okay, so twenty four, twenty fifth, and twenty sixth.
Okay, just for argument's sake, if that division is still up in the air, and baltim more pitches to Judge more than once in that entire.
Series, get rid of everybody.
It needs to be an addit, and that would be you might want to look at Aaron Judge walks like over one and a half in those games at plus money. Yeah, because that would be just a I don't know, what are you going to do, go out there and say, well, we'll let we'll pitch the judge and every you know, that's not a good idea. But he's having a better year, Paul than he did two years ago. All numbers considered here, the slugging the batting average is forty points higher. He has more RBIs yeah, cheat code, He's almost Barry Bonds, huh anything as one mistake. That was the thing about Bonds. First of all, he had such an incredible eye. He could walk, you know, three times a game, even if it wasn't intentionally done. But you put anything, and his batting average was three seventy you put anything even close. He had that stance to no matter where you put the ball, it was either going to be a home runner else it's going to be in play for a double. And that was no fluke because it lasted for how many years? What's a Zuna fifteen to one?
I think, or twenty even a better year? Yeah, I don't I don't get it.
He also leads the league in average. I mean that guy goold, wouldn't it?
That's doesn't make any sense. Will we see New Mexico money? When will the New Mexico Money show?
If fourteen?
Yeah, only if books pop to fourteen, and then it will show for ten seconds and then go back to thirteen and a half. What do you think about that? Will any dog be close enough in the fourth quarter to where we might have drama tomorrow?
I could see Georgia Techer in Ireland? Yes, but Florida, say, should be able to run all over them. Remember Paul Stones got the Hayden's Kings prop too. I was a good breakdown yet rushing yards over right? Don't know what to make of the total. That one's tough but could be a game in the fourth quarter. Can't make I don't think New Mexico can keep it close. Certainly, come on, Hawaii is a forty point fail and SMU with this Nevada is terrible. So twenty four and a half twenty five and a half, SMU should be able to bury him as well. Such huge numbers. Man put it on a better job with the schedule. But we start with you know, nine am, Florida State and Georgia Tech. Not bad in a ton of preseason action. There's like four games at ten am Pacific in the NFL. All right, mc Bogdanovich Monday, it's here, Georgia, Clemson, Miami, Florida, Texas A and m Notre Dame. What does he make? The numbers, the moves LSU USC, that's what we'll be talking about.
That's the luck betting this week. And we'll talk to you Monday.
See you
