Florida Time reader Bob, who used to work for Chandler's Hamburgers, tells us about the burger joint.
Transcript: "Yes, my name is Bob Speaks. Back in1964, 1965, 1966, I worked for Chandler's hamburgers, which had about 15 stores in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. I believe the most of them are in Tallahassee, three of them in Tallahassee, and it was a copy of McDonald's. They were competing in the same thing. Paul Frank was the owner at the time. Anyway, it died out in the seventies. I just thought I'd let you that know. I don't know if it's started in Florida. It might have started in Alabama or Georgia, but most of the stores were in Florida. Thanks. Bye."
