An early-morning shootout between members of two biker clubs briefly shut down I-4 near U.S. 27 on Friday. The incident happened shortly after midnight, when the Thug Riders Motorcycle Club passed members of the Sin City Deciples [sic] club as they both traveled from Tampa. A Cocoa man, who was part of the Sin City Deciples [sic], shot at one of the Thug Riders, striking him in the back. That man, from Osceola (ah-see-oh-lah) County, was wounded and returned fire, striking a Brevard County woman in the head. She is not expected to survive. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said there was no established rivalry between the groups — and there had been no prior interaction while in Tampa. I-4 eastbound has since reopened
