Two men were killed and a 6-year-old child was critically injured Sunday evening in a multi-vehicle crash near Wellington, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reported. Authorities say 38-year-old Scott Simzer, of Greenacres, and 63-year-old Kenneth Graden of Wellington, died in a head-on collision that occurred shortly before 6:30 p.m. Sunday, near Lake Worth Road and State Road 7. According to a sheriff’s crash report, Simzer rear-ended one vehicle, veered into oncoming traffic and crashed into a second vehicle, a 2012 Scion. Graden and a 6-year-old girl were passengers in the Scion, the crash report said. They, along with the vehicle’s driver, Tanya Meade, were taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center. Graden died early Monday. The child was undergoing surgery Tuesday.
