A Florida Realtor has sold two estates to the same buyers within six months — for nearly $70 million. The homes, which are down the street from one another, are in one of the priciest neighborhoods in the country. The first, an 8,500 square foot home built in 1968, sold for $29.25 million in late March. The second sold for $40 million in late September — and was the second-highest home sale ever in Naples history, the Naples Daily News reports. That estate spans more than 18,000 square feet and boasts 172 feet of beachfront. The home, built in 1997, also features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Since both sites have older homes on them, the buyers view them as tear-downs, the publication adds.
