: Northwest Florida beach community Navarre landed on the 2021-2022 Best Places to Live in the United States by Money, coming in at number 34. It was the only Florida community to make the list. To curate its list, Money analyzed thousands of different places in the U.S. with an emphasis on affordability, job opportunities and top-notch schools. The magazine pointed to the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge, the Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and the Sea Turtle Conservation Center as some of the community's biggest assets. But it was Navarre's cost of living that put it over the top. According to Money, home prices sit around $281,000 dollars and job opportunities are expected to surge 19 percent by 2025.
