NAS Pensacola chief petty officer indicted on first-degree murder charge in husband's death

A Naval Air Station Pensacola chief petty officer has been indicted on the charge of first-degree premeditated murder for allegedly shooting and killing her husband last month at their home near Midway, Florida, the Pensacola News Journal reports. 34-year-old Bree Kuhn, of Gulf Breeze, Florida, was arrested September 8th in the death of her 34-year-old husband, Collin James Turner. Kuhn allegedly shot and killed her husband in the garage of the family's home. A Santa Rosa County grand jury indicted Kuhn on Tuesday, according to a news release from the State Attorney's Office. Her arraignment is scheduled for October 7th.
