In St. Lucie County, A man is being accused of buying more than 4 pounds of cocaine from an undercover sheriff. He was jailed on a felony charge, according to a recently-released affidavit. Ery Nelson Javier, 41, of Merritt Island, was arrested Dec. 23 on a trafficking charge. An investigator met Javier and he reportedly asked to see the drugs. Javier said he’d have the money the next day, negotiating the price to $29,000 per kilogram.
