Kentucky man charged with threatening Florida Rep. Randy Fine via social media

A 21-year-old Kentucky man whom Florida investigators said made a private Instagram post saying he would "eat" the family of state Representative Randy Fine alive and warned him to QUOTE "watch what you say," UNQUOTE was arrested in Brevard County. The man, identified as Danal Terron Swinney, bonded out of the Brevard County Jail Complex after his mother drove him to Florida to turn himself in to authorities. Swinney, of Louisville, Kentucky, was charged with a second-degree felony of written threats to kill or do bodily harm in connection with threats that appeared on a personal Instagram account with the handle "Dandagod," or "Dan da god." He could receive up to 15 years in state prison if convicted.
