A grand jury this week handed down a 22-count indictment against Bryan James Riley, formally charging him with the Sept. 5 shooting deaths of four people, including a 3-month-old baby inside a North Lakeland, Florida home, The Ledger reports. Among the charges listed in the indictment are four counts of first-degree murder, which carry a sentence of life in prison or the death penalty. According to state officials, the 33-year-old man is scheduled for another appearance in court on Thursday.
