A Florida teen was featured on the PBS documentary "Generation 9/11" Tuesday night. Claudia Szurkowski (sure-KOW-ski) is one of seven young people featured in the film, all of whom were born after their fathers were killed in the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center Towers in New York. Claudia, who moved to Florida in the third grade and will attend Florida SouthWestern State College this fall, says she hopes the documentary helps people understand how the events of that day live on. "I know kids growing up nowadays who barely know about the day, barely know about what it entails and what brought it up. It upsets me that so many people were affected by this, and yet it's very easy to forget." "Generation 9/11" will re-air throughout the week.
