A Southwest Florida man has been charged with first-degree murder and is facing a court-martial in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Naples Daily News reports. The man, a signals intelligence analyst, is accused of killing his wife, Army veteran Selena Roth of Spring Hill, while on a U.S. Army base in Honolulu. Eighteen of the victim's family members will travel from Hernando County to Honolulu for the court martial. While they say they have little idea what to expect during the military proceeding, they QUOTE "understand the mission is to be present and seek justice for a loved one who no longer has a voice."
