A Cape Coral man discovered Tuesday that there's no punching in softball. Cape Coral police officers were dispatched to a disturbance with injuries reported during a softball game around 8:30 p.m. at the Northwest Sports Complex. 36-year-old Aaron Charles Dvorak came to the plate during a softball game and began to complain about a strike call the umpire made. An argument ensued and police said Dvorak punched the umpire in the face causing an injury to the official’s lip. Dvorak was ejected from the game and left the park.
