According to The Ledger Bryan Riley, a former Marine accused of fatally shooting four people in Lakeland, Florida on Sept. 5, will be held without bail. The 33-year-old man from Brandon, Florida is facing four first-degree murder charges among other charges. State officials said because of his first-degree murder charges, Riley’s case will go before a grand jury.
