According to the Miami Herald The new owners of the nine-bedroom, Miami Beach mansion plan to demolish it after buying it for $10.75 million dollars this summer. The home has flood damage and standing water underneath it, according to one of the owners. The structure is about 3 feet below sea level. The new owners plan to build a two-story modern spec home with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, spa and sauna.
