The company was founded by Derek Kerr, with the mission to give customers access to great-looking furniture at exceptional value. Sam was brought onto the business 2 years ago to take this fast growing startup and transform it into the omnichannel business it is today. Having worked for various retail companies including the powerhouse Aldi brand, Sam was surprised to find that the world of lounge shopping, and the customer journey was a little different to what he was expecting, and it was time to find a new way of marketing to adapt to their customers unique needs.
