We are roughly three weeks into the new year and some might still be riding high on those New Year's Resolutions or Goals and some might be hitting a wall. Wherever you are you're still on the rollercoaster of emotion. I read a great email today about understanding the phases of the emotional rollercoaster and learned some tips to make sure you don't get stuck or even worse, derailed.
