I literally dozed off while editing this podcast. I was listening to a sleep expert recently and he said to optimize sleep and brain function you need to sleep later. I got really mad at that advice because DUH don't you think if we COULD sleep an extra 20 minutes everyday, we WOULD. I talk about that comment and how it stuck in my craw and go over my lack of sleep schedule. I would imagine most parents who work and have kids have similar non sleep schedules like mine.
