NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet called in to celebrate the new stamp duty reform. As of tomorrow, (hopefully) first home buyers in NSW will now be able to choose between paying an annual land tax or a lump sum stamp duty. Dom also revealed that he’s doing everything he can to join us for a cold one this afternoon.
