After a dashcam video on Hume Highway showed what was a supposed toddler on the road, Wippa told us that when the driver contacted the police, they would not deny if they found someone in the area. That got us asking the question about creepy roads. Apparently, there's a certain parkway that is haunted and confirmed by three callers!
