It's a reflective time of year, and that's exactly what were doing today for our last episode of the year. 

What have we learned? How are we helping care for our younger selves? And what do we want to take into the new year?

One major thing we've learned is how to cull people we don't need in our lives! And don't worry we'll be taking the pod into the new year!
