The Rural Health Advocacy Project has welcomed Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana's focus on efficiencies in the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement. Executive Director Russell Rensburg says while government's efficiency drive is gaining traction, better spending must translate into improved access to healthcare.
