ActionSA Member of Parliament, Dereleen James is expected to lay criminal charges against Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe at the Cape Town Central Police Station. The move follows allegations that the minister failed to declare luxury vehicles allegedly received from Chinese officials, raising serious questions about transparency and compliance with parliamentary disclosure rules. James says the charges stem from what she describes as a "deceitful attempt" to conceal benefits that may amount to a breach of ethics and possibly the law.
