Defend Our Democracy, is holding a solidarity picket outside the South African Revenue Service (SARS) offices in Pretoria today. The protest is demanding greater protection for whistleblowers, following a recent assassination attempt on Advocate Coreth Naude in KwaZulu-Natal. Naude was investigating a R37 million tax case involving businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize at the time of the attack. This incident comes after the murders of curator Cloete Murray and his son, who were working with Naude. Elvis Presslin spoke to Andries Sibanyoni, Communications Officer at Defend Our Democracy, to discuss the organisation's concerns and the message they hope to convey through today's picket
