SAPO to receive bailout with a UIF partnership

Minister of Employment and Labour, Nomakhosazana Meth has announced that the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) will provide over R381 million via the Temporary Employer-Employee Relief Scheme (TERS) to the South African Post Office, SAPO. The funds aims to safeguard approximately 6,000 jobs and aid SAPO's revival through a strategic UIF partnership.
