The Madlanga Commission will subpoena doctors who issued medical certificates to North West businessman Sulieman Carrim. Evidence leader Advocate Matthew Chaskalson told the commission Carrim was allegedly seen at a Western Cape shopping centre while seeking a postponement on medical grounds.
