The SACP in Limpopo is unhappy with the Independent Electoral Commission over the registration of one of its ward councillor candidates. The party says its ward 35 candidate in the Fetakgomo-Tubatse municipality was moved and registered in a ward in the City of Tshwane, before the IEC's registration deadline. The SACP opened a case of fraud and wants Motlepe Nchabeleng to be reinstated as its ward 35 councillor candidate in Fetakgomo-Tubatse. This will allow him to contest the local government elections on the fourth of November. Our reporter, Nsuku Shiluvana has the details.
