South Africa is battling a surge in violent crime with bail decisions facing criticism following the murder of Olorato Mongale. Two suspects linked to the murder of Olorato are out on bail despite prior arrests for kidnapping and robbery. This was revealed yesterday by national police spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe.
